This website provides general information about Aligned Personal Evolution, The Realigned Man, Call It What It Is, and private coaching services. Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, misuse, copy, or gain unauthorized access to its systems or private records.
Coaching is a collaborative, forward-moving process focused on goals, awareness, decisions, actions, and accountability. It is not therapy, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, medical care, legal or financial advice, addiction treatment, emergency service, or crisis response.
You remain responsible for your choices, actions, health, relationships, finances, and results. Zach may ask questions, reflect patterns, challenge assumptions, and support follow-through, but does not make decisions for you.
No specific outcome is promised. Examples, frameworks, client experiences, or descriptions of potential progress are not guarantees of your result.
The complimentary conversation is an opportunity for clarity and fit. It does not create an ongoing coaching relationship. A paid coaching relationship begins only after both parties agree to the scope, a coaching agreement is accepted, and payment requirements are satisfied.
Private payment terms, scheduling rules, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the specific coaching agreement and payment terms provided before enrollment. Do not send payment unless you received a recommendation and secure payment link directly from Aligned Personal Evolution.
This service does not monitor messages continuously and is not crisis support. If you may harm yourself or someone else, or face an immediate emergency, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource now.
